Edenbridge Humber Valley
Boundaries:North Dundas,South Eglinton, East Islington and West Humber River Ravine.

Home to the communities Chestnut Hills which is located just south of Reigate; Lincoln Woods which is located on the west side of Royal York and the Greens of St. George’s is located at Islington & Eglinton.  

St. George’s Golf and Country Club is found here as it travels across Islington Avenue, and James Gardens. Situated directly east is Lampton Golf and Country Club and Scarlett Woods Golf Course.

Eringate Centennial West Dean
West Deane Park & Centennial Park are located at the western edge of the City of Toronto (Etobicoke neighbourhood). Surrounded by 427, Pearson International Airport and Etobicoke River Valley. This neighbourhood is extremely quiet with a good mix of long-time residents and newcomers. You will also find Centennial Park where they hold a variety of events including the Rib Feast, West Dean Park community events and firework displays.

Mimico Creek runs through the centre of West Dean Park where various wildlife have been spotted including beaver, deer, fox, pheasants, ground hogs, skunks, raccoons, coyotes, red tailed hawks, and blue birds. You’ll also find Etobicoke Creek that runs through Centennial Park. Also a great place to play golf or practice at the driving range.

This neighbourhood has many fine attributes including an excellent selection of homes situated on mature large lots.  A lot of green space and parkland and a vast number of schools.  Not far from the TTC, GO Transit stations and major highways. Fabulous historic shopping district on Dundas Street, places such as Home Alone Antiques, The Comback, Arts Etobicoke, Urban Cabinet just to name a few.  Mimico Creek and the Islington Golf Club wind their way through this beautiful neighbourhood.

Kingsway South
Boundaries: North Bloor, South Dundas, West Islington, East Mimico Creek

Kingsway is nestled along the Humber River Valley wind your way from Bloor up to Dundas through this beautiful mature neighbourhood where the streets are lined with large oak and maple trees.  Take a break at Home Smith Park or at Lambton Kingsway Park to enjoy the scenery.  Walk to schools, shops, churches and recreation.

Princess – Rosethorn
Boundaries:  South Eglinton, East Martin Grove, West Islington, and winds down Kipling and through Islington golf club until it reaches Dundas St.

Home to Thorncrest Village wherePrincess Ann is located just east of Islington and Princess Margaret a little further south west crossing over Kipling Avenue.  Located south west you’ll also find Glen Agar.  You’ll find many of the streets in this community are named after the British Royals.

A quiet family oriented community, you’ll find large lots and wide open spaces, mature trees, excellent schools, an abundance of parks, nearby golf courses and shopping plazas.

This quiet west end neighbourhood is located just west of Toronto in Etobicoke.  Also home to Humber Bay, Thompson Orchard, Springbook Gardens, The Kingsway, Norseman Heights and Sunnylea.

Both the Humber River and Black Creek add green to an area also blessed with three commercial strips: the Queensway, Islington and Bloor.
